It was important to capitalize on both the mountain and valley views that this home site offered. this floor pan enabled us to incorporate an incredible master retreat, which truly took this home over the top. Builder's Remarks:Our home owner allowed us to truly create a home from a blank canvas, allowing our creative and technical abilities to shine. Sitting high atop the Franklin Mountains, we took great efforts to maximize their views by lifting the home site an additional 12 feet, their views will never be disturbed. The culinary kitchen is really the heart of this home. A European kitchen, we mixed various types of granite, custom cabinetry and a growing vault ceiling to create a practical and beautiful space simultaneously.

Builder's Remarks:This home presented us with our first opportunity to showcase our talents amongst the best of El Paso builders. I believe that this home not only showed that we could offer our customers the quality and attention to detail they deserve, but that we offer a fresh and innovative approach to creating truly memorable spaces as well. The two-dimensional plan you see here doesn't do justice to the finished home. We don't ever build the same home twice, but I wish we could have this home all over town as a marker of our quality and style.

Builder's Remarks:This home design presented a challenge in that we were asked to deliver not only a large courtyard pool area, but retain a sizeable yard space as well. Although it took numerous sketches and different concepts we were able really deliver home that flows well, captured 100% of the home owners wish list and forced us to expand our architectural repertoire. Often operating out of our comfort zone, I now feel that we are exponentially better builders for having accomplished what is now a great home.
